Responsibilities

The role is to ensure process adherence among business lines on hardware asset life cycle management. Resource should have commanding understanding on Hardware Asset lifecycle Management process, which will intern to be utilized to study the existing process and recommend improvement areas.

Role demands high level of people connect, execution capability, Analytical thinking, Maturity & people management skill. Effective planning of activities & tracking every milestone is critical. Should liase with cross functional team to ensure timely action & process adherence. Lead & Own the KPIs, tracking & reporting to various forums. Understanding the organizational and business context, evaluating process, identifying improvement area, getting team aligned to execute the improvement plan & monitor result is important.
