Job Description
The HR Specialist is responsible for providing technical and complex issue resolution support to the HR function, as well as managing individual and mass data changes in the HR systems as it relates to core HR activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide cross functional transactional data support to CoEs aligned to core HR processes being supported by the HR Direct team
- Execute data changes in the HR system (Workday) related to non-self-service transactions
- Support Managers by answering more complex queries related to HR data specific to CoE activities (e.g., performance management cycle, L&D course catalog refresh)
- Manage mass data changes and systems activities related to employee entries and exits (e.g., mass systems onboarding after M&A activity)
