Key Responsibilities:
Incident Leadership: Lead the response for P1 and P2 production outages, coordinating between IT infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.Advanced RCA: Analyze long-term trends in bot performance to identify systemic issues and propose architectural fixes.Code Review & Quality: Audit and approve all enhancements and bug fixes developed by the Junior and Mid-level engineers to ensure they meet global coding standards.Strategy: Collaborate with the SDM to define support SLAs, KPIs, and shift rotations.Mentorship: Provide technical coaching to junior team members and conduct regular internal technical training sessions.Enhancements: Lead the development of bot enhancements to improve performance, stability, or to adapt to UI changes in target applications.Optimization: Review existing ReFramework implementa...
