3–5 yrs MIS experience in International BPO
• Advanced Excel, Power Query, Dashboarding
• Power BI/Tableau preferred
• Strong analytical & communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Prepare & publish MIS dashboards
• Process performance tracking
• Report automation
• Insights & trend analysis
• MBR/QBR support
