Job Title: Senior Analyst, Organization Management

About the role:

Ensure timely and accurate organisational structure and position information on Workday.

Role Responsibilities:

Key Deliverables

  • Deliver service to agreed performance levels (SLA) and beyond:

  • Handle and maintain organisational structure and position data on Workday. Secure vital approvals and follow through the process to full resolution.

  • Handle activities relating to all workload on the Service Now query management system, including comprehensive notes and audit trails.

  • Perform regular data quality checks and implement amendments as appropriate.

  • Understand relevant KPI’s and their own role in meeting or exceeding encouraged targets.

  • Collaborate with other teams to reduce handoffs and complexity for HRBP’s.

  • Ensure Data cleansing of OM activities as per plan

  • Speed and Accuracy of all transaction implemented, with high CSAT scores Partners

  • Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, mentoring HRBP’s through relevant processes.

  • Seek and highlight Continuous Process Improvement and Efficiency opportunities.

  • Understand and implement to compliance requirements, with special attention to General Data Protection Rules (GDPR).

  • Excellent collaboration within the intact and the wider GHRO team. Participate in specific projects as appropriate.

  • Experience / skills required:

  • 2 to 4 years experience in HR Operations domain

  • Experience in Workday -HR Tool is mandatory

  • Excellent communication, and consistent attention to fine details.
