Could you be the full-time Project Financial Controller in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your finance and project controlling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving financial performance and ensuring accurate financial reporting for our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Managers, Finance Departments, and Operational Teams), provide financial insights to support decision-making, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring project costs and revenues, but also ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize financial strategies.
We’ll look to you for:
Contributing effectively to the project’s initial financial setup and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
Monitoring and controlling monthly cost movements, analyzing variances, and presenting financial data transparently.
Supporting work package owners in preparing the Estimate at Completion (EAC) and maintaining detailed records.
Reconciling approved project financial data in ODYC and ERP systems.
Optimizing financial aspects of the project, including tax, hedging, and financing strategies.
Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and improve project profitability.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal finance rules throughout project execution.
Collaborating with various finance expert functions and contributing to business agility and awareness.

Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (CA / CMA), or CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance with relevant experience.
8-10 years of relevant finance experience, including project controlling and manufacturing industry exposure.
Comprehensive understanding of IFRS 15 principles and long-term project accounting.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge in tools like Qlik Sense and Power BI.
Demonstrates curiosity, a quality mindset, and the ability to work in a matrix/multi-cultured environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, honesty, integrity, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
