Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance

Your responsibilities will include Responsible for monitoring and improving monthly supplier performance at the plant by driving supplier systemic improvements and implementation of global tools and processes (8Ds including WCM problem solving metodology). Works with suppliers to develop robust manufacturing processes using qualification tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Map, etc.) while using Opex Six Sigma tools. Responsible for First Pass Yield ensuring Business Continuity and PPAPs On Time. Engineering Degree (Materials) Project Management - Major Project Launches Product Engineering OPEX Sig Sigma Black Belt certified or trained PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram (PPAP) Experience in Steel, Metal Stamping and Metal Components Industry. Experience working in manufacturing engineering related field Experience working in supplier quality engineering ISO 9001 / IATF 16949:2016
