Job Description
**Pre-Transition Phase**
+ Assist in migrating existing processes from MS Connections database (FRM legacy system) to EDM system ensuring smooth workflow adaptation.
+ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionalities and resolve issues proactively.
+ Provide assessment, reconciliation, and validation reports to the Project Manager and 3rd-party developers.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the transition plan aligns with operational requirements
**Transition Phase (Phase 1 & 2 Implementation)**
+ Support phase 1 deployment, ensuring all functionalities meet operational needs.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution during initial implementation.
+ Work closely with the team to ensure that phase 2 activities are executed smoothly.
