Responsibilities

Ensure delivery excellence is achieved with no external errors (Productivity>95%, Quality>99% application wise, TAT (as per CSLA)
- Zero operational risk incidents- Implementing Quality Controls
- Fair understanding of BIA, BCP & Risk parameters, active participation in BCP testing/UAT as per requirement
- Understanding the continuous improvement framework & contribute to team's maturity score
- Display Flexibility for skeletal staffing & notify the stakeholders well in advance in terms of coverage and extended support when there is a business need
- Sensitive and adaptable for Business requirements in terms of Time Zone Coverage
