Role Overview:
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets, identifying key patterns and trends, and providing actionable insights that support marketing, sales, and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with large volumes of data to identify, interpret, and analyze business trends.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support marketing and sales strategies.

  • Apply statistical methods and mathematical concepts to generate accurate analysis.

  • Leverage advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Access) for data management and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights effectively.

  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Access).

  • Familiarity with research/segmentation tools such as Nielsen, Claritas, MRI/Simmons, Mosaic/PRIZM/Personicx Segmentation, ArcGIS, BCC , or similar (preferred).

  • Experience handling large data sets ; knowledge of SQL is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills , with independent judgment and self-direction.

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized ; strong ability to spot trends.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong critical thinking ability, with the skill to uncover stories within data and shape them into marketing/sales strategies.
