About The Role
The Senior Analyst Revenue Operations mission is to ensure the effective management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Sales and Marketing Tech Stacks to support ToolsGroup's Sales organization in achieving its revenue goals. This includes maintaining system functionality, automating processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and aligning cross-functional operations.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the full TG Sales Tech Stack, including user management, software updates and the implementation of improvements such as process automation, validation rules or path guidance updates, with the objective of ensuring optimal performance and increasing efficiency for the Sales team.
Ensure alignment between Salesforce and Accounting system requirements and troubleshoot any data flow or integration issues.
Build and maintain Salesforce components such as validation rules, path guidance, alerts, and views to support sales processes.
