Responsibilities:
Responsible the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic system.
Design and configure the Epic modules and applications based on organizational requirements.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and updates.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
