Senior Analytics Engineer

Join Stockland’s Customer & Digital team as a Senior Analytics Engineer, based at our Sydney Head Office. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our analytics capability by designing and delivering scalable data models and pipelines that power smarter decision making across the business.

You will lead a small analytics engineering team with 2 direct reports initially, with plans to grow the team over time, and partner closely with stakeholders across Platform Engineering, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, Finance, Sales Operations and Commercial Property Analytics & Insights.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working model. You will be in the office 3 days per week with anchor days on Tuesday and Thursday, and the third day flexible to what works for you and the team.
