Senior Analytics Engineer

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role bridging Data Engineering and Analytics. You’ll own critical data modelling initiatives, ensure pipeline stability, and mentor two Analytics Engineers across Sydney and Dallas during a key period of change.

The role focuses on building clean, production-ready data models, reviewing code, and translating business requirements into actionable, scalable solutions. This is not a dashboarding or reporting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture and model strategy for complex system migrations
• Support pricing & packaging changes, updating commercial and product models
• Refine financial and product data models for accurate reporting
• Ensure pipeline stability and manage technical debt
• Mentor and provide code reviews for 2 Analytics Engineers
• Collaborate with BI and Infrastructure teams to deliver production-ready data
