Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Analytics Manager to join our Global Analytics function within a leading fashion business. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering the analytics strategy for Finance and HR , partnering closely with senior business stakeholders across all regions. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, using your deep understanding of functional processes, data architecture, and analytics to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and deliver scalable, data -driven solutions that drive impact. In addition to leading the analytics agenda in your domain, you will also manage a small, high - performing team of visualisation analysts. This team is responsible for delivering dashboards, reporting and ad hoc analysis as part of the wider global analytic s capability.

- Deep understanding of business functions, especially Finance and HR, to contextualize analytical work.
- Ability to shape and influence KPIs, identifying commercial levers and drivers of value. Technical & Analytical Expertise
- Proficient in data analysis and modelling (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) using tools like SQL, Python, R, or Power BI/Tableau.
- Comfortable with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Applies critical thinking to incomplete or messy datasets, using structured, hypothesis - driven approaches. Communication, Leadership & Influence Synthesises complex analysis into clear, compelling stories that drive decision -making.
- Builds strong cross -functional relationships, including with senior stakeholders, to influence outcomes.
- Leads and develops a small team, ensuring continued growth in skills, performance, and personal development.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE ? To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or solution delivery. Proven experience working with cross -functional teams (Product, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing) with a s trong background in transforming business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. o Expert in requirements gathering, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Comfortable with statistical tools, forecasting, and performance trend interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Skilled in managing senior stakeholder expectations and facilitating workshops or working sessions.
- Experience managing a team of high performing analysts ensuring timelines are met and the teams development progresses.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in change adoption programs, process redesign, or digital transformation.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and identify areas for innovation. o Familiarity with other cloud platforms ( GCP, AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Strong storytelling and data visualization skills for both technical and non - technical audiences.
