Job Description
- Reviewing and recommending design solutions to meet business and operational value.
- Partnering with other engineers for code reviews and recommendations.
- Needs to work in partnership with existing Tech Lead: ability to step-in for and support the existing Tech Lead as needed and based on Product Team demands.
- Proactive and active daily engagement with Product team during sprint ceremonies and as needed outside of meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions.
- Work with Product Owners and Analysts to vet and ensure Stories meet acceptance criteria and align with design solutions.
- Ensure on-time story delivery within 2-week sprint cycles, included Unit Testing is complete prior to QA.
- Partner with QA staff as they implement automated test scripts.
