Job Description
- APM solutions expertise and a seasoned observability/tools/APM SME with full stack monitoring expertise (build/deploy/operate)
- Extensive hands‑on experience in the configuration and customization of AppDynamics solution
- Hands‑on implementation experience in AppDynamics On‑Premise and SaaS based solutions
- Ability to manage and deliver complete AppDynamics deployments in complex environments in quick timelines
- Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in AppDynamics deployments ensuring end‑to‑end tool functionality
- Solid troubleshooting skills related to AppDynamics tool as well as related integrations.
- Ability to create custom dashboards from the AppDynamics tool based on requirements
- Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as‑required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner
