Job Description:
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Willow Inpatient functionality across the health system. This includes managing daily operational needs, maintaining medication and build integrity, and supporting pharmacy workflows associated with order management, dispensing, compounding, and clinical decision support.
- Assist with routine and ad-hoc application maintenance such as medication build, order set updates, formulary modifications, shortage workflows, new medication additions, and operational changes driven by clinical, operational, or regulatory requirements.
