Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across core modules. This role focuses on architecture, integrations, governance, and stakeholder alignment within a large, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver ServiceNow solution architectures across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
  • Lead CMDB, CSDM , Discovery, and Service Mapping strategy and implementation
  • Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, SSO/SAML/OAuth
  • Provide architectural guidance on platform standards, performance optimization, and CI/CD
  • Support Mobile App, Virtual Agent, and AI/Copilot-style workflow integrations
