We use all the latest modern web technologies, for mobile and desktop, from Oracle JET to Java, all running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, to provide the best Cloud customer experience possible.

What we need


At CX BI, we are building the next generation Oracle’s customer success management system, a pure internet system and supporting data lake. CX BI team is looking for an ambitious, talented, energetic, and self-motivated Senior Software Engineer. In this role you will be immersed in and exposed to complex systems and their integration as Oracle cloud subscription data travels to multiple systems from its inception. You will be part of this world class engineering team from day one and should be capable of building the entire technical stack, right from infrastructure to the end services which is highly scalable and efficient in all possible aspects.


What you will be doing

  • Being part of a team, which develop and operate a cloud native solution which uses the latest AI technologies
  • Collaborate with other professionals to figure out efficient software operations processes
  • Designing and building applications and SW modules which are relying on AI services and libraries
  • Communicating with OCI Product Development teams in case of support or issue cases
  • Troubleshooting various application and infrastructure issues in test and prod environments
  • Working on solution design based on business requirements
  • Implementing quick prototypes in AI powered tools domain
  • Implementing various PoCs for finding the appropriate solutions and technologies for challenging problems
  • Working with Technologies and tools like: Java SDK, Kubernetes, OCI Gen AI Service, Python, Oracle DB, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS), Git, Elastic Search, MCP, LLM, RAG and many more

    • Skills Requirement 

  • Having 8+ years of experience in software development in Java
  • Having 3+ years of experience in DevOps Cloud native like AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI (preferred) including cloud infrastructure and networking design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Ability to learn, experiment, design and implement independently
  • Ability to collaborate in English within Oracle with team members and other Oracle professionals (across different regions and timezones)
  • Knowledge of agile working practices (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices related cloud native application deployment and operations
  • Hands-on experience in RESTful API design
  • Hands-on experience in utilizing LLM for source code generation
  • Hands-on experience with models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs; familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies is a huge plus
  • Hands-on experience in Jenkins operational perspective and implementation of jobs is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience in tools and languages like: Python, SQL (Oracle) is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience in container technologies like Podman and Kubernetes is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience in relational (., Oracle) and NoSQL (., Elastic Search) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in MLOps is a big plus
  • Experience with AI models (LLMs, RAG, Hugging Face, LangChain, , ML pipelines, NLP, and chatbot solutions is a big plus
  • Hands-on with rapid prototyping tools such as Streamlit or Gradio is nice to have
  • Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, is nice to have
  • Familiarity with multi-agent or orchestration frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP) is nice to have
