About the Role

In this role, you will support key global customers in the consumer electronics market by developing innovative adhesive solutions, advanced processes, and best-in-class engineering capabilities.

You will play a critical leadership role in shaping technical strategy, mentoring talent, and ensuring our laboratories and engineering capabilities remain future-ready. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, capital planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
