Senior Application Programmer (GIS)

The Role

The GIS Application Programmer will support the GIS Operations Team and other departments in scoping, designing, programming and deploying Web-GIS applications for employees and DMCs that build on and integrate seamlessly with Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) / Enterprise GIS.

• Under the supervision of the Senior GIS Specialist, design and deliver Enterprise GIS and support its post-production.

  • Migrate existing GIS (SPADE, Project Explorer, and other sites and data) to New EGIS platform
  • Deliver major integration points such as but not limited to AIDE, eOps/SovOps, NSO, as well as map-enabled business apps like CDIH, CCDRMS, MATALAS, etc.,
  • Identify and develop needs to customize EGIS applications
  • Develop necessarily plug-in, micros services, user interface
