Senior Application Support Analyst

Role Summary The Senior Application Support Analyst will provide end-to-end operational support for Great Eastern’s investment systems, primarily Eagle Investment System and BarraOne . The role ensures system stability, data integrity, and timely execution of scheduled processes across Eagle’s core centers (RDC, SMC, AC, MDC, Accounting Center ) and risk analytics workflows in BarraOne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and validate Eagle core centers: SMC (Security Master Center) , MDC (Market Data Center) , Accounting Center .
  • Validate execution of IWS jobs such as GFIN, GRM, MSCI , ensuring data consistency and timely completion.
  • Troubleshoot job failures, data discrepancies, and escalate complex issues.
