About the Role

Support (40%)

  • Provide application monitoring, reporting and performance metrics
  • Determine risk levels and technical feasibility when making changes to applications
  • Facilitate investigations and ensure compliance with set Service level agreements
  • Provide 24x7 rotational on-call production support
  • Provide root cause analysis for all critical (severity level 1 and 2) issues and define actions to eliminate recurrence
  • Maintain environments by applying necessary fix packs/patches/updates
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of log analysis and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct/participate in periodic operations review meetings internally and with vendors
  • Provide end-to-end support for business-critical systems including mobile apps and web platforms.
