Support (40%)
Provide application monitoring, reporting and performance metricsDetermine risk levels and technical feasibility when making changes to applicationsFacilitate investigations and ensure compliance with set Service level agreementsProvide 24x7 rotational on-call production supportProvide root cause analysis for all critical (severity level 1 and 2) issues and define actions to eliminate recurrenceMaintain environments by applying necessary fix packs/patches/updatesDemonstrate a strong sense of log analysis and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Conduct/participate in periodic operations review meetings internally and with vendorsProvide end-to-end support for business-critical systems including mobile apps and web platforms.Application Implementation (20%)
