Requirements
Must have:
- Strong experience as an Application Support Developer or in a support-led development role - Comfort working on bugs, tickets, and small fixes rather than large feature builds - Experience supporting live production systems - Confidence debugging legacy code and mixed technology stacks - Strong SQL skills for investigation and fixes - Calm, methodical approach to problem solving
Responsibilities:
- Work in a Kanban-style environment, managing tickets raised through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support - Investigate, fix, and resolve production issues - Make small targeted code changes to improve system stability - Support and maintain multiple applications - Investigate data and reporting issues across a mixed and legacy technology estate - Collaborate closely with support teams and other developers
