  • Lead and oversee the support, maintenance and operational health of enterprise applications within ART’s technology environment.
  • Provide hands‑on technical support across applications built on C# and the .NET Framework, including troubleshooting complex production issues.
  • Support and maintain integration platforms, including BizTalk, ensuring reliable message processing and distributed transaction handling.
  • Lead incident management activities, including prioritisation, root cause analysis, escalation and service restoration in line with SLAs.
  • Manage and review application changes and releases, ensuring controlled deployment and minimal service disruption.
