Role Purpose

Join the Global Prime Brokerage Production Support team and provide front‑office application support for the Global Prime Finance business worldwide. You will work closely with traders, developers, business analysts, middle‑office, and infrastructure teams, acting as the first line of defence for the Margin and Risk production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Resolve user, system and infrastructure incidents quickly and effectively.
  • Perform daily, weekly and weekend health‑checks to ensure system readiness.
  • Monitor alerts using Geneos/Dynatrace and drive continuous improvement of monitoring processes.

Platform Improvement

  • Lead initiatives to boost stability, resiliency and capacity of Prime Finance systems in APAC.
  • Contribute to automation and application‑resilience programmes.
