Job Description

We are hiring an Application Support Specialist to support a global, around-the-clock application support organization responsible for cloud-native, in-house developed applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with application end users to analyze, document, and take ownership of issue resolution
  • Work closely with DevOps, SREs, Test Engineers, and Development teams to implement permanent solutions
  • Further develop monitoring frameworks and ensure 24/7 system availability through on-call support
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to continuously improve platform availability, performance, functionality, and security
  • Support complex use cases involving near real-time data processing, high availability, scalability, and high transaction volumes
  • Work with technologies including Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, and Docker
