Senior Applications Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Senior Applications Engineer is responsible for leading technical evaluation and application engineering activities to drive design-win success, revenue growth, and successful product qualification across the AP region.

This role provides advanced sealing application expertise and carries full accountability for aligning customer requirements with manufacturing capability across global plants (Singapore, Malaysia, US, and UK), ensuring seamless technical execution from RFQ through production release.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Application Engineering Ownership

· Lead evaluation of customer applications, operating environments, and performance requirements to determine optimal sealing solutions.

· Review drawings, tolerances, material specifications, and system interfaces to ensure technical suitability and risk mitigation.
