We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Senior Apprenticeship Field Officer to provide guidance, coordination, and operational oversight to Apprenticeship Field Officers, ensuring the delivery of highquality, compliant services and strong program outcomes. This mobile, multifaceted, and largely autonomous role focuses on quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, business development, and continuous improvement. A core responsibility of the position is leading and completing apprenticeship and traineeship signups to a high standard, while also supporting Field Officers to achieve their individual KPIs. The role will also support the implementation of initiatives led by the Field Operations Manager.
