Project-based | Contract by scope | Fast-track approvals
We are looking for a senior approvals and development consultant in Dubai who can personally drive and close approvals with DEWA, DDA and the Developer.
This is not a PRO role and not a document coordinator.
This is a hands-on problem-solver role, working by project scope and deliverables, not by monthly presence.
Core Scope of Work
- DEWA
- Coordination and follow-up on power-related matters
- Support for power capacity increase
- Alignment on technical requirements impacting approvals
- Active follow-ups and in-person coordination when required
- DDA
- Management and closure of approvals and drawings across all project phases
