ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Architect with 4-7 years of professional experience who can independently lead project components, mentor junior team members, and drive design excellence across all project phases from conceptualization through construction execution.
This role goes beyond design. You will take ownership of project delivery, guide the development of junior architects, act as a critical coordination link between design teams and site execution, and contribute to building a collaborative, accountable studio culture.

- Lead small project teams, delegating tasks and reviewing outputs of junior architects and interns
