Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and oversee architectural projects at MyScaai Bharat Construction. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership, ensuring innovative and sustainable design solutions for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning

Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client needs and site conditions.

Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

2. Client Collaboration

Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Present design concepts and make adjustments based on client feedback.

3. Project Management

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Monitor progress to ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.

4. Technical Oversight

Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and compliance with design. Resolve design-related issues that arise during construction.

5. Sustainability and Innovation

Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly practices into designs.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to bring innovation to projects.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Certification

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.

Licensed or registered architect.

2. Technical Proficiency

Expertise in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and Adobe Suite.

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations. 3. Key Competencies

Exceptional design and visualization skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. 4. Experience

6-7 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
