Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and skill level)

Experience: 6 – 10 Years

Job Summary

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design activities from concept to execution. The role involves preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout project execution. The position requires strong technical expertise, design creativity, and effective coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead architectural concept designs, layouts, and design presentations

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation

  • Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop for design development and visualization

  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback

  • Work closely with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design coordination

  • Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability

  • Support project execution teams during site implementation and resolve design-related issues

  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards

  • Participate in design reviews, meetings, and client presentations

  • Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of architectural deliverables

    • Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • Valid professional experience as an Architect (6–10 years)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

    • Skills Required

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office

  • Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and documentation

  • Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and design standards

  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and design decision-making abilities
