Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Silvassa. The Senior Architect will oversee design processes, lead project teams, and manage the development of architectural designs from initial concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include client collaboration, supervising junior architects, conducting site visits, preparing design presentations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations. The role also involves coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of quality and design.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Architecture Design, Space Planning, and Urban Design concepts
• Proficiency in CAD software, BIM tools, and rendering programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Experience in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of Building Codes, Sustainability Standards, and Construction Documentation
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional Architect licensure or certification is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
