Senior Architect – Data Centre and Mission-Critical Sector

Professional degree in architecture (M.Arch., B.Arch., or equivalent) from an accredited institution OAA Licensed Architect with at least 10 years' experience in data centre and industrial building projects Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale, complex data centre and industrial projects Strong project leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination skills with minimal supervision Expertise in architectural design, technical detailing, and construction documentation Solid understanding of zoning bylaws and the Ontario Building Code Demonstrated business development capabilities, including client engagement and proposal preparation Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including effective presentations Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and high-quality design Portfolio submission required; willingness to travel for field work and adapt to various work environments
