Multi-disciplined, award-winning architectural and design company who are at the forefront of design are expanding their architectural team in Dubai and are now looking for a Senior Architect who specialises in hotel and high-end residential projects.
Your duties will be to:
- To take the project from working drawing/detailed design stage to produce the construction drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are compliant with local authority building regulations.
- Ensure all drawings comply with the initial design brief.
- Responsible for managing a team of architects and draftsmen.
- Must be an expert in the hotel sector.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture at a minimum.
