• Define the target architecture for the Genesys Cloud CCaaS solution, including:

  • Logical
  • Functional
  • Technical views supported by architecture diagrams and detailed design documentation.

• Design a scalable, multi-country CCaaS architecture aligned with business and IT strategies.

• Define the AI strategy and integration approach , covering:

  • Native Genesys Cloud AI capabilities
  • External enterprise AI systems (LLMs, conversational AI, analytics).

• Design secure and efficient integration patterns between Genesys Cloud and existing enterprise solutions (APIs, data, network).

• Produce country-by-country rollout roadmaps , taking into account:

  • Business strategy
  • IT strategy
  • Local constraints and regulatory requirements.
