We're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale residential developments across Bangalore.

🔹 Experience: 10+ years

🔹 Project Types: High-rise apartments, villas & plotted developments

Role Highlights:

• Drive 3–4 large residential projects simultaneously

• Lead architectural design & GFC execution

• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior & Landscape consultants

• Strong exposure to BDA, BBMP, NBC, RERA & statutory approvals

• Hands-on involvement in feasibility studies, sanction drawings & site execution

🔹 Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel
