We are looking for a Senior Architect with 6–8 years of professional experience to play a key role in shaping and delivering thoughtful, human-centered architectural projects based in Jaipur. This role involves leading design efforts from concept through execution, contributing creatively and technically to diverse projects, and supporting the growth of junior team members. The position is ideal for an architect who values design integrity, collaboration, and the creation of spaces that meaningfully enhance everyday life.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architectural design and development across all project stages, from conceptualization to completion.
• Translate design intent into clear drawings, models, and presentations that align with client requirements and project vision.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and consultants to ensure design quality, coordination, and timely project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a collaborative and learning-driven studio environment.
• Participate in site visits, material research, and design explorations, drawing inspiration from diverse contexts and disciplines.
• Manage project responsibilities with ownership, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Contribute actively to studio discussions through constructive dialogue, creative input, and a shared commitment to craftsmanship.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong command of architectural drawings, detailing, and overall project understanding.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and SketchUp, with working knowledge of presentation development.
• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas through layouts, diagrams, and concept narratives.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A genuine passion for architecture, research, design thinking, and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an added advantage.
