Your impactJacobs is looking for a talented & creative Senior BIM Landscape Architect to join our Cities and Places team in India. You will be given the opportunity to lead and deliver the Landscape Design for large masterplans and buildings projects, whilst also working collaboratively to establish project Landscape requirements in alignment with our Buildings and Masterplan strategy. In addition, you will also meet the following requirements: -
Qualifications - External
As a successful candidate you will hold a relevant qualification in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institution
Minimum 15 years’ hands-on experience working on landscape design and delivery of notable projects with renowned design consultancy practices
Thorough understanding of local and international codes of practice and test standards for implementation into design
Full working knowledge of and project delivery experience on Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, Navisworks, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of sustainable design applications in Landscape, local green building regulations and LEED/ BREEAM certification requirements
He/ she has previous experience in working on and delivering Middle East projects
He/ she has solid technical skills, and strong knowledge of construction detailing
