Senior Architect (Master Planner)

Key Responsibilities:

Master Planning & Urban Design

• Develop comprehensive master development plans/MDP for planned unit developments/PUD, transit-oriented developments/TOD, mixed-use developments/MXD, urban districts, and large-scale projects.
• Integrate land use, transportation, infrastructure, and environmental considerations into physical planning solutions.

Design Leadership

• Lead conceptual and schematic design phases, ensuring design excellence and feasibility.
• Provide creative direction and oversee design quality across all project stages.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Interface/collaborate with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to align project goals with deliverables.
• Present design concepts and master development plans/MDP effectively through reports, analyses, concepts, solution sets/drawings/specifications, and visualizations.
