Role: Senior Architect (MS Dynamics CRM)

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai & Bangalore

Experience: 16+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement well-structured, end-to-end solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Lead client-facing discussions, effectively demonstrating solutions and leveraging whiteboarding techniques to solve business problems in real time.
  • Collaborate with customer architects to recommend and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other platforms/applications.
  • Guide teams in applying best practices across Dynamics 365/CRM, including PowerApps, Relationship Insights, and Common Data Services.
  • Develop and implement custom-coded solutions, ensuring they align with holistic project goals.
  • Maintain deep technical proficiency across the Dynamics 365/CRM platform, leveraging its full suite of capabilities.
  • Configure and deliver complex coded solutions within Dynamics 365.
  • Define and evolve development standards for Dynamics engagements to maintain high-quality delivery.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and technical scoping.
  • Participate in recruitment and interview processes to build high-performing teams.
  • Lead and mentor developers, providing guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle.

    • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and Power Platform technologies.
  • Proven experience in architecting, implementing, and managing Dynamics solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading workshops and client discussions.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems and applications.
  • Leadership experience managing teams of developers and consultants in project delivery.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue, margin, and client satisfaction.
