Senior Architect

(6–10 Years Experience)

AND Studio is seeking a Senior Architect to lead projects through design development and execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, clarity in design thinking, and the ability to coordinate across consultants, teams, and sites. The Senior Architect will be responsible for maintaining design intent while ensuring constructability, quality, and timely delivery.

■ Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1) Design & Documentation:* Develop projects from concept to GFC with accuracy and consistency.

2) Technical Coordination:* Coordinate with Structure, MEP, and Landscape consultants; resolve design and detailing issues.

3) Site Execution: Conduct regular site visits, address site conditions, and ensure alignment with drawings.

4) Team Management: Guide junior architects, review drawings, and maintain studio standards.

5) Client Interaction: Present design updates, manage revisions, and support project communication.

1) Timely completion of design and documentation stages

2) Design intent maintained through execution

3) Ability to handle 2–3 projects concurrently

4) Quality of detailing and coordination

5) Effective collaboration with internal teams and consultants

A disciplined and detail-oriented architect with strong design sensibility and technical competence. Comfortable managing drawings, consultants, and site coordination. Reliable, process-driven, and committed to quality architecture.
