Required Skills & Qualifications –

• Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp is must. Understanding of Revit, ArchiCAD, and other design software would be add on.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team Management Skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Description :

1. Project Design & Development

Lead end-to-end design development from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality architectural deliverables, design consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client requirements.

2. Project Coordination & Management

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to manage drawings, documentation, schedules, and client inputs, ensuring timely and seamless project execution.

3. Technical Expertise & Quality Control

Provide technical oversight through site visits and design reviews, ensuring construction quality, resolving technical issues, and maintaining adherence to project specifications.

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership

Guide and mentor architectural teams, allocate work effectively, and collaborate across functions to enhance team performance and project efficiency.

5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a key point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, addressing feedback, and managing expectations related to quality, timelines, and deliverables.

6. Progress Tracking & Reporting

Track project progress against schedules and report status, risks, and delays to leadership, ensuring transparency and timely corrective actions.
