POSITION OBJECTIVE - Develop building designs for new construction projects, extensions and re-development by leveraging construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Work closely with AVP Design to create the building designs to meet the project requirement and detailed drawings by using specialist applications

2 Coordinate for designs & compile project specifications

3 Work with Business Development Team about the feasibility of potential projects

4 Working around constraining factors such as town planning rules, environmental impact and project budget
