Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our ITC Department. The selected candidate will be working on the Architectural Vision, Technical strategy and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities Architectural Vision and Technical Strategy Define, communicate, and champion the architectural vision and technical strategy for complex, scalable, and secure digital platforms Lead the creation and evolution of the technology roadmap, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and emerging industry trends Drive innovation by evaluating, piloting, and integrating emerging technologies (AI/ML, data engineering, cloud-native, etc.) into solutions Leadership, Mentoring, and Team Development Mentor, coach, and develop technical talent across multiple teams to foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation Provide technical leadership in solution design, code reviews, and best practice adoption Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within teams and the broader organization Technical Excellence and Delivery Architect and oversee the implementation of microservices-based, cloud-native, and secure solutions using modern technology stacks (.NET Core, C#, Angular, React, etc.) Lead the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and robust security standards Evaluate and select technology stacks, tools, and frameworks to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability Stakeholder Management and Cross-team Collaboration Act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field Over 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in architecture and technical leadership roles Proven expertise in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications Deep hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, and modern API architectures Strong knowledge of microservices / SOA, containerization (Docker and Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks Proficiency in architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, event-driven, etc.) and design principles (SOLID and OOAD) Familiarity with data engineering, AI/ML integration, and analytics platforms Leadership Perspectives Ravi Mehrotra, CEO “ As we reflect on Evalueserve’s journey from a pioneering knowledge process outsourcing firm in 2000 to a global leader in AI-powered analytics and decision support in 2025, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude.
