Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects;
  • Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration;
  • Project Management;
  • Training and supervision of junior staff.

Expertise and Qualities:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team
