• Conceptualize concept and schematic design.
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification.
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor.
• Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue.
