Sr. Architects / Arch. Draftsmen (High-Rise building projects)

· 5-7 years of professional architectural experience in

· Strong design ideas and technical skills

· Proficiency with industry-standard tools and software

· Experience leading teams and managing complex project

· Expertise in working drawing solutions

· Project handling from start to hand over of the project

· Coordination with other consultants

· Scheduling and time management of drawings releases

· Knowledge of the updated Govt. byelaws

Interior designers (Hospitality, Farm Houses, Club Houses, Mockups, Lobbies etc.)

· 2-3 years of professional Interior Designing experience

· Creativity & imagination

· Presentation skills

· Drawings & sketching

· Coordination skills with other services

· Space planning

· Knowledge of material and running design trends

· Scheduling and time management of drawings releases
